Protecting the Privacy of Minors

Our third party payment gateway, Stripe, uses this to process the payments for your insurance coverage. We maintain limited information about your transactions and payment information.

This information collected from the Claims area of our website expressly for the purpose of processing your claim, including this information being shared with third-party contractors we have retained to assist us.

You may also ask Goodcover to erase your personal information, if it is inaccurate or processed in violation of this Privacy Policy, except for data that Goodcover is required to maintain under applicable laws and regulations.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits users and Members who are California residents to request and obtain from Goodcover once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) Goodcover disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. As noted above, Goodcover does not share or sell your personal information for marketing purposes.
